Project Intake & Scope
Share building age, renovation plans, and occupancy (especially any children under six). We’ll scope all dwelling units and common areas required for compliance and schedule your visit.
NYC Government
On-Site XRF Testing
Our inspector systematically tests painted surfaces, labeling each location to match your floor plan/unit layout. XRF readings identify positive, negative, or inconclusive surfaces at the 0.5 mg/cm² threshold NYC uses.
(If Needed) Dust-Wipe Sampling
For turnover, post-work clearance, or suspected hazards, we collect dust wipes for accredited lab analysis and include results in your report.
Results & Compliance Package
You’ll receive your XRF report, photos, and summary, plus guidance for Local Law 31/Local Law 1 record keeping and next steps with your GC/abatement firm, if needed
